Embross Engage is an invite-only forum that brings together Embross' valued users and partners to discuss, debate and shape passenger service innovation and solution roadmaps for 2019 and beyond.

This forum provides attendees with exclusive access to new product and solution pilots as we open feedback sessions and input into solution development for your current passenger service challenges.

This year's forum will be hosted in the picturesque setting of the Greater Rockies at Cliff Lodge, Snowbird, one of North America’s leading mountain resorts.

9:00 am – 6:00pm	Peer Activities Golf Tee times: 10:02 AM (depart at 9:15 AM) 10:18 AM (depart at 9:30 AM) 10:34 AM (depart at 10:00 am) Location: Old Mill Golf Course (approximately 30 mins from Snowbird) Meet at Lobby at advised time for transportation One team per tee time. 4 golfers per team. Kelly, Norman, or Philip from Embross are "team leaders." Skiing Ski liefts open from 8:00 am to 2:30 pm. Brad Iverson will be coordinating the skiing groups. Lift tickets are available for those that have nominated to ski. Other Activities Spa and tram rides and other lodge and surrounding activities can be arranged (subject to weather conditions and availability). Please let us know your preference by Thursday, May 2 morning so arrangements can be made.

ABOUT THE RESORT

Snowbird Resort is a year-round mountain resort in Little Cottonwood Canyon, a popular outdoor recreation destination. It is nestled among dramatic mountains at 8,000 feet, with spectacular views from guest rooms and meeting rooms, and with ample opportunities literally right outside the door.

The Cliff Lodge, where Embross Engage activities will take place, is one of the West's iconic ski lodges, and was newly refurbished in 2017.

Snowbird is conveniently located 30 minutes from the Salt Lake International Airport, a major airline hub.

The cutoff date to reserve your accommodations for this event at a special rate is April 1, 2019. Guests who have RSVP'd will be provided with a special code to book their room at a discounted rate of $139/night (plus $10/night resort fee and taxes). Rooms can be booked by either calling 800-453-3000 or booking online. If booking online, the group code, EMB519 will have to be entered for the group rates to populate.

How do I get to Snowbird?

All events are in or near the conference hotel, so it will not be necessary to rent a car. Your transportation options include: Ride-Sharing Service Both Uber and Lyft serve the Salt Lake City area. The estimated fare is $36 - $47 each way (depending on "surge pricing", etc.) Car Rental While a car is not required for participation in conference activities, should you want to rent one, there are several agencies on-site at the Salt Lake City International Airport: https://www.slcairport.com/parking-and-transportation/rental-cars-2/. Driving directions can be found here: https://goo.gl/maps/mK6S3WbbW9J2. Note that Snowbird has four entrances: you are looking for The Cliff Lodge, which is at Entrance 4. Taxi Taking a Taxi from Salt Lake International Airport is possible, but not recommended: taxis have been deregulated in Salt Lake City, and prices can vary significantly and unpredictably.
